Create your account

Sign up with an email address, Google or Microsoft, choose your plan, and join a team that invited you.

#Sign up

1. Open Create an account from the website or the sign-in page.
2. Choose how you want to sign in:
   • Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft: no password to remember;
   • or fill in First name, Last name, Email address and Password, then confirm the password.
3. Click Create my account. You are signed in straight away: no confirmation email is required.

The password must be at least 12 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a special character. The rules tick themselves off as you type.

#Choose your plan

The last step of sign-up offers the Team plan with a 30-day trial. You have three options:

• Start a 30-day trial: you enter a card, nothing is charged before day 31, and you can stop before then at no cost. See The 30-day free trial.
• See the other plans: to choose Portfolio, which is billed on subscription.
• Start with the free plan: the Starter plan, no card needed. You can move to a paid plan at any time from Settings.

#You received an invitation

When a colleague invites you to a project, you receive an email with a personal link, valid for 14 days.

1. Open the link in the email.
2. Create your account (or sign in if you already have one with this address).
3. You land directly in the project, with the role chosen by the person who invited you. The plan step is skipped: you start on the free plan.

#Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your address. If it matches an account, you receive a link valid for 1 hour to choose a new password.
