Understand and top up your AI credits

How many credits each plan receives, what each AI feature costs, when the allowance renews and how to top it up.

The monthly allowance

Each paid plan receives a monthly allowance of AI credits: the exact number is in Plans and capabilities. It renews on your subscription's anniversary date (subscribed on the 15th, renewed on the 15th of the following month). Whatever is not used does not carry over.

The free plan has no monthly allowance, but can use AI with a top-up.

Your balance is shown in Settings › Billing, AI credits this month card.

What each action costs

Credits are personal: the person who runs the action uses them, whatever the project.

New need: match it to the existing backlog5
New need: write tickets for one affected epic2

For actions whose cost depends on volume, such as the Launchpad, the estimated cost is shown before you start: you confirm knowing what it will cost.

Top up

Top-ups are bought individually in Settings › Billing, on the AI credits card:

Top-upPrice excl. VATPer credit
100 credits€9€0.090
500 credits€39€0.078
2,000 credits€129€0.065

A top-up never expires. It is only used once the month's allowance runs out.

When credits run out

The action is refused with a message showing its cost, your balance and the next renewal date. Top up, or wait for the renewal. Nothing is lost: you can run the action again afterwards.

Connected AI assistants use no credits

Working on Manifst from Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat goes through your own assistant: no Manifst credit is used. See the connectors documentation.
