Get started faster with the ticket library
Copy pre-written tickets into your backlog, with description, acceptance criteria and estimate.

What it is for
The Library gathers template tickets, organised by category (authentication, billing, notifications…). Each one is already written: a user-story description, acceptance criteria, story points and priority. You copy them into your backlog instead of starting from a blank page.
Import tickets
- Open Library from the menu.
- Browse the Categories and choose the tickets that apply to you.
- Choose the Target Epic.
- Click Import into backlog, or Import all into backlog for a whole category.
Imported tickets are copies: edit them freely, the library is not affected.
