Manage several projects as a portfolio
Consolidate the dashboard, finance and roadmap of several projects, for a PMO or a programme lead.

The principle
Every Manifst page shows the current project. The Portfolio plan adds a Projects filter that overlays several projects you are a member of, without leaving the page. You never see a project you are not a member of.
Consolidated dashboard
In the Dashboard, choose the projects in the Projects filter.
- Most blocks add up the selected projects: progress, tickets, flow, budget.
- Some blocks only make sense for one project (velocity, burndown, cost per sprint): they stay on the current project, as a label in their header indicates.
- The "Current sprint" block lists each project's active sprint.
- Clicking an item from another project switches to that project.
The consolidated budget
Earned value and the indices add up the projects that have a declared budget. Spending on projects without a budget is shown separately: it cannot enter the calculation. See How Manifst calculates the budget.
Finance and roadmap
- Finance has the same Projects filter: consolidated budget, actual cost and indices.
- The Roadmap overlays the Super Epics and epics of several projects, read-only. See Plan on the roadmap.
