Gift a subscription to a team member
Pay for the Team or Portfolio subscription of a member of your project, so they have the same capabilities as you.

Why gift a subscription
A subscription is not shared: yours unlocks nothing for the members of your projects. For a member on the free plan to be able to edit the risks or the RACI, for example, they need their own plan. You can pay for it: they receive a subscription in their name, AI credits included.
Gift
- Open the project's Team page.
- On the member's row, in the actions column, choose Gift a subscription.
- Choose the plan, Team or Portfolio, and the option: With commitment (12 months paid at once) or No commitment (paid every month).
- Click Pay and pay on the secure payment page.
The subscription is assigned within moments, and the recipient is informed by email. Their row shows Gifted subscription.
Stop the gift
On the member's row, click Stop the gift. The subscription ends at the end of the period already paid: the recipient keeps it until then, and no refund is made.
Who pays, who benefits
Invoices are in your name and payment goes through your payment method. The recipient has no access to your billing area.
