Plans and capabilities: what each subscription includes

Prices, quotas and features of each plan, and the rule that decides whether a feature is open to you in a project.

#One subscription, one account

What you can do depends on your own plan, never on other members'. A subscription is not shared: subscribing to Team unlocks nothing for the members of your projects, and joining a subscriber's project does not give you their capabilities.

Inviting remains free. A Starter member invited to your project can see all of it: risks, RACI and milestones included. They can only change what their own plan allows.

#Two quotas follow the project's creator

The number of members and the attachment storage are project limits: they depend on the plan of the person who created it. A project created by a Starter account stays limited, even if other members subscribe.

#The project count includes every project you take part in

The project quota covers the projects you take part in, whether you own them, administer them or are a plain member. A pending invitation counts too. When the quota is reached, you can neither create nor join a new project: leave a project or move to a higher plan.

#Monthly or yearly

The Team and Portfolio plans come in two options:

• yearly: the lowest monthly price, with a 12-month commitment;
• monthly: a slightly higher price, with no commitment.

Enterprise is signed on quote and has no online payment: write to us at contact@manifst.net.

#AI credits

AI features (Launchpad, ticket quality review, summaries…) use credits. A paid plan's allowance renews every month on your subscription's anniversary date: subscribed on the 15th, renewed on the 15th of the following month. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.

Top-ups you buy separately never expire: they are only used once the month's allowance runs out.
