Export to PowerPoint and PDF
Which screens can be exported, what each export contains, and the plan it requires.

What you see is what you get
A PowerPoint export reproduces the screen as displayed, filters included, in an editable deck: native text, tables and charts, not images. The Export menu is at the top of each screen concerned.

PowerPoint exports are included from the Team plan.
Exports open to everyone
- Sprint Review as PDF: the same results, with no plan requirement.
- Retrospective report: as PDF, to download or send by email (Run the retrospective).
- Backlog as CSV: in Settings › Data, for project admins (Import a backlog).
