Spaces and pages

MyDoc is your projects' documentation area. The table of contents lists your projects, then their spaces, then each space's pages. A space groups pages on one topic: Product, Backend, Design, meeting notes…

  • New Space creates a space in the chosen project: name, description, icon.
  • In a space, create pages, optionally from a Template.
  • The table of contents' filter field finds a project, a space or a page by name.

Writing together

A page can be edited by several people at once: everyone sees the others' changes live. Version History lets you view and restore a previous version.

Type @ in a page to cite a ticket, an epic, a Super Epic or another page: the link always shows the up-to-date title.

Who has access

  • A public space is read and edited by all project members who have access to MyDoc.
  • A space with defined access is reserved for the people chosen in Space Settings.

Reports that write themselves

The daily and the retrospective can save their report to a MyDoc page. See Run your first sprint.
