You keep the framework: sprints, ceremonies and the workflow. By default, you create, start, complete and delete sprints, and open the retrospective, together with the Product Owner. You also manage statuses, transition rules, risks and the RACI, and you start planning poker sessions. You do not see Finance by default. Details: Roles and permissions.

#Your tasks

• Prepare the sprint: Sprint Planning, Planning poker.
• Run the day-to-day: Daily, Kanban.
• Close: Sprint Review, Retrospective.
• Set up the team's flow: Statuses and types, Transition rules.
• Read the signals: Flow metrics, Dashboard.
