Prices exclude VAT, per user: billed every month with no commitment on monthly plans, once for the twelve committed months on yearly plans. A subscription covers one account: inviting members into your projects costs you nothing extra, but each person you invite uses up one project of their own subscription — a plan's project count covers the projects you own as well as those you have joined. External stakeholders in a RACI matrix have no account and are never billed. The Team plan comes with a 30-day trial, one per account.

Launchpad bills the backlog structure, then each detailed epic: the total ranges from 23 credits for an MVP to 44 credits for a full product. A requirement added to an existing backlog costs 5 credits to match it against the backlog, then 2 per epic it touches, 5 epics at most. The maximum cost is displayed before generation.

Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The Starter plan is free forever without a credit card requirement. Its limits are 2 projects (owned or joined), 5 members, and 0.5 GB of storage.
What is the difference between Team and Portfolio?
Team is for delivery: backlog, sprints, kanban, poker, risks, RACI, milestones, dependencies and PowerPoint export of sprint reviews, the roadmap, risks, RACI, finance and the dashboard. Portfolio is for multi-project accountability: unlimited projects, metrics consolidation, program roadmap, REST API & Power BI connector. If you steer a single project, Team is sufficient.
How do AI credits work?
Each generation consumes model usage resources. Paid plans include a monthly credit package attached to your account. Credits refresh monthly. You can also purchase additional credit top-ups on demand.
Do I need to pay a subscription for every team member?
Inviting someone costs you nothing and stays unlimited from the Team plan: you only pay for your own subscription. Each guest, however, uses up one project of their own plan, since a plan's project count covers the projects you own as well as those you have joined. Someone on the free Starter plan, entitled to two projects, therefore takes part in two projects at most, theirs and yours combined.
Is there a commitment?
Only if you choose one. Every paid plan comes monthly, with no commitment and cancellable at any time (€11 excl. VAT per user per month for Team), or yearly, committed for twelve months and paid in a single payment (€108 excl. VAT per user for Team, i.e. €9 a month). If you start with the free 30-day Team trial, nothing is charged before it ends, and the yearly commitment only begins at the first payment. The Starter plan is forever free without commitment.
Do you offer an affiliate or referral program?
Yes. From your Profile tab in Settings, you get a unique referral link. Earn 20% recurring revenue share on active referrals, payout on request.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans?
Upgrading from Team to Portfolio takes effect immediately prorated. On yearly billing, downgrades take effect at the end of the twelve-month commitment; on monthly billing, they take effect right away. Switching from monthly to yearly is immediate; the reverse happens when the paid year ends.
