Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The Starter plan is free forever without a credit card requirement. Its limits are 1 project, 5 members, and 0.5 GB of storage.
What is the difference between Team and Portfolio?
Team is for delivery: backlog, sprints, kanban, poker, risks, RACI, milestones, dependencies and PowerPoint export of sprint reviews. Portfolio is for multi-project accountability: unlimited projects, metrics consolidation, program roadmap, REST API & Power BI connector. If you steer a single project, Team is sufficient.
How do AI credits work?
Each generation consumes model usage resources. Paid plans include a monthly credit package attached to your account. Credits refresh monthly. You can also purchase additional credit top-ups on demand.
Do I need to pay a subscription for every team member?
Inviting guests is free and unlimited starting from the Team plan. Guests can view, write tickets, estimate, and follow sprints without paying. Subscriptions follow the specific account using paid features.
Is there a commitment?
Yes, paid plans run on a twelve-month commitment from the subscription date, paid in a single yearly payment. The Starter plan is forever free without commitment or credit card.
Do you offer an affiliate or referral program?
Yes. From your Profile tab in Settings, you get a unique referral link. Earn 20% recurring revenue share on active referrals, payout on request.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans?
Upgrading from Team to Portfolio takes effect immediately prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the twelve-month commitment.
